 What are your counseling rates?

​

Rates for individuals is $185 per 45 minute session. Rates for couples is $225 per 45 minute session. 

Rates for family sessions is $225 per 45 minute session.

If you are interested in becoming a new client of Pamela’s, please call to see about her availability.

Evening appointments are available Monday through Thursday.
Appointments are limited to availability.

     Do you accept insurance? How does insurance work?

​

To determine if you have mental health coverage, the first thing you should do is check with your insurance carrier. Check your coverage carefully and find the answers to the following questions:

Do I have mental health benefits?

Do I have to see someone on my insurance panel or can I see a therapist outside of network?

What is my deductible and has it been met?

How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?

How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?

What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

Is approval required from my primary care physician?
 

Pamela does not belong to any insurance panels. This does not necessarily mean your insurance will not

cover Pamela’s services that she provides. You must check with your insurance carrier

to see if you can choose your own provider and what your reimbursement for services will be.
You are responsible for full payment at the time of your appointment and will be provided a superbill

which you can then submit to your insurance carrier for direct reimbursement.

 What is the cancellation or no show policy?

​

Cancellation: Since the scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of time specifically for you,

a minimum of 48 hours (2 days) notice is required for re-scheduling or canceling an appointment. The full fee will be charged for sessions missed without such notification.

Most insurance companies do not reimburse for missed sessions.
